Role Title: Associate Product Manager
Reporting to: Company Founder & Senior product manager
Location: US-based, remote work. Offices based in Los Angeles which will be occasionally required to visit.
Salary Range: $65k-$75k

Job Description:
The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the CEO and product suppliers to deliver products that align with the vision, meet client needs and deliver to a consistently high-quality standard. They will develop a forecast timeline for each product based on input from suppliers, freight providers, sales, and their own experience, and manage its delivery. They must be highly adaptable in order to keep up with changing priorities.
Requirements:
College education required
Experience bringing products from ideation through to launch. Sex toy experience a plus
Proficient in using Google Docs, Adobe
Strong project management, planning and multi-tasking skills
Organized, self-motivated, with a proactive approach to managing and executing projects
Ability to use independent judgment, analyze information and formulate recommendations and solve problemsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
A mindset that is detail-oriented and extremely organized with strong analytical skills
Take on ownership of individual projects while working on collaborative projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an appropriate sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Being at the forefront of and working towards creating a culture-defining new product
Duties, responsibilities and deliverables:
Work with the CEO to manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to market
Collaborate closely with Asia and USA product managers to ensure concept phase and production phases align
Create and regularly maintain project management systems to track the production process
Maintain and update project documentation and regularly communicate to the team of any changes and/or updates
Monitor, report and improve product performance
Conduct competitor research
Work with the team to manage product trials within small focus groups and collate focus group feedback
Write Product Instruction Manual documents for end users
Deliver to a defined budget
Ensure that all outsourced work is quoted in a timely fashion and approved prior to work performed
Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors and external partners
Develop expertise on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition
Evangelize the product internally and externally
